Who is this guy anyway?
My name is Dave O'Brien, and I run a small consulting firm based in Hong Kong. I consult mainly in Transport Planning and Modelling for large-scale infrastructure projects such as Toll Roads, Rail Networks and Tunnelling. I also build Transport Models for planning and forecastingpurposes.
I have extensive worldwide experience of Planning and Modelling, having worked in the UK, Poland, Africa, the Middle East, East Asia and Australia.
I also consult on Open Source in the Enterprise, and have designed and installed Open Source applications to replace commercial software in many large organisations including Banks, Consultancies and Toll Road Consortia.
