Carmina Burana used to sell Beer.

As seen on Aussie TV, but link via Making Light.

Very witty! I really like the staging and the concept. The real question is was it all live actors, or was it a digital animation, done a-la WETA workshop and thousands of Orcs.

The music is O Fortuna - Carmina Burana is the name of the entire collection of pieces.

"A La Peanut Butter Sandwiches" is whose catch phrase? (WIthout consulting the Internet ...)

It could well be a MASSIVE effort, although it doesn't have the 'look' that those things do. Watch the little dances that the beer guys do on their way to the stomach. I really don't think the WETA would programme Orc dances in.

"A La Peanut Butter Sandwiches" is from Sesame Street - is it The Count?

The catch-phrase belongs to The Amazing Mumferd, who did look somewhat like The Count.
